Purchase
A 310mm diameter load test flange is available for hire or purchase. Load test capacity is 70t.
The pad eye fit a 35t test shackle (included in the hire). It is delivered with an installed adapter plate, flange or crossover that suit the bolt hole pattern on the item or flange that shall be load tested. The diameter of the tested item can be less than 310mm, as a crossover will be used in such a case. If requested Udeco can perform the load test, including provision of third party certification service.

A load test hub / mandrel with an 18 ¾” – 10k / 15k, H4 profile for load testing connectors, lifting tools and similar.
Load test capacity is 170t. The pad eye fit an 85t test shackle (included in the hire). The test hub includes 4 off threaded M10 holes on top, and 4 off on the underside. These are used for handling and lifting of the test hub using M10 lifting eyes (4 off included in the hire). If requested Udeco can perform the load test, including provision of third party certification service.
